      1. The purpose of processing personal data is<\/em>:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        • to fulfill your order and to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (such as name and address, contact information) is required. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to perform it.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          – po dobu nezbytnou k v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1v a povinnost\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch ze smluvn\u00edho vztahu \u00a0mezi \u00a0V\u00e1mi \u00a0a \u00a0spr\u00e1vcem a \u00a0uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rok\u016f \u00a0z \u00a0t\u011bchto \u00a0smluvn\u00edch vztah\u016f (po dobu 15 let od ukon\u010den\u00ed smluvn\u00edho vztahu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              1. \u00a0P\u0159\u00edjemci osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f jsou osoby – pod\u00edlej\u00edc\u00ed se na dod\u00e1n\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed \/ slu\u017eeb \/ realizaci plateb na z\u00e1klad\u011b smlouvy, – zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed slu\u017eby provozov\u00e1n\u00ed e-shopu (Shoptet) a dal\u0161\u00ed slu\u017eby v souvislosti s provozov\u00e1n\u00edm e-shopu, – zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed marketingov\u00e9 slu\u017eby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Recipients of personal data are individuals who<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • participate in the delivery of goods\/services\/implementation of payments based on the contract,<\/em><\/li>
              • provide services for the operation of the e-shop (Shoptet) and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,<\/em><\/li>
              • provide marketing services.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                2. \u00a0Spr\u00e1vce nem\u00e1 v \u00famyslu p\u0159edat osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje do t\u0159et\u00ed zem\u011b (do zem\u011b mimo EU) nebo mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed organizaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                – pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dle \u010dl. 21 GDPR a
                – pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159enositelnost \u00fadaj\u016f dle \u010dl. 20 GDPR.
                – pr\u00e1vo odvolat souhlas se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u00edsemn\u011b nebo elektronicky na adresu nebo email spr\u00e1vce uveden\u00fd v \u010dl. III t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
